    • Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a return, the cigars must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. Any cigars that have been smoked or damaged will not be eligible for return.

    • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the items.

    • Refund Process: Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

    • Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to receive different cigars, you will need to return the original order and place a new one.

    • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive damaged or defective cigars, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

    Shipping Zones: We offer shipping to addresses within the Dominican Republic.

    Shipping Fees: Shipping is free for addresses within Santo Domingo. For addresses outside of Santo Domingo, there will be an additional shipping fee applied at checkout. The exact shipping fee will be calculated based on your location and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

    Delivery Timeframe: Once your order is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within Santo Domingo. For addresses outside of Santo Domingo, delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package's progress.

    Delivery Restrictions: Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, someone over the age of 18 must be present to sign for the delivery of the cigars.
